A passionate and skilled leader with a proven track-record in managing and leading commercial sales, operations teams and government funded skills development contracts globally. Victoria possesses substantial strategic leadership and management experience gained in the UK, Middle East, and South East Asia in senior leadership positions. Specialising in skills development, Victoria has a strong track record of driving performance whilst maintaining a strong people focus. Delivering expertise around impactful collaboration with governments, employers, universities, colleges, and training providers to deliver change and capacity building to improve quality and productivity alongside maximising commercial performance and profitability. Victoria is very passionate about identifying and delivering opportunity to the current generation to develop and acquire skills to meet current and future global demands.
